felt my body sooo heavy and couldn't move at all. try to go to work and called and tell my colleague that I would be there at noon. after that call, i fall a sleep, i told my BF to go ahead and leave me, so nobody could wake me up , even my BF called me to make sure I left home, I couldn't answer that call. tooo exhausted to take the phone. that's how I had felt at the moment. woke up 2PM and thought it is too late to get ready and go with too exhausted myself, thought I was too tired to work, decided to take a day off, suprisingly, i didn't feel any guilt about it I even felt i deserve it. maybe i pused myself too much to be the 'normal' and to have a 'normal life' lately, I can't change who I am and I should admit that.

soooooo sleepy at the time I woke up. i got off my bed, went to bathroom,
washed my face, still sleepy.
I even felt sleepy and my body so heavy when I got to the office.
